STOP TO SMELL THE ROSES.

This particular 'title' has been in my drafts for the longest time. But I never really got the right words for it. Sometimes life gets too carzy that you even forget to live in the moment. So many of my family and friends kept asking what happened to my blog...na vile nilikuwa na psyche🙄. But I honestly think that maybe this is the perfect time to pick it up.

So ever since the new year began I have been seeing some angel numbers repeatedly. And they all point to living in the moment and being present. This is something that most of us as young people just fail to do. You wake up do the same thing and go to bed just to wake up and do the same things we did yesterday and the day before... literally like living in a constant loop.

Dream ya kutoka kwa block...but we just forget to take sometime to breath. Ni maisha utaishi ama ni pesa utatafuta, na si ati kupata pesa ni rahisi. We are constantly chasing life, forgetting that we still need to live and not just exist.

I have been stuck in my head for the longest time, which I know happens to most of us. But it does not make things better. The most it would is just make you feel as though your problems are bigger than they actually are, ikupee anxiety bure tu. BUT, when you live in the moment, you are living in the awareness of your surrounding making it easier for you to process and find better ways of coping. You feel and are more grounded.

Life is for the living, ama namna gani😂. Always stop to smell the roses😌.

  1. What's your difference between living and existing?

  2. Living is being in the present, getting to experience everything through and through while existing is staying alive. Existing like being asked uko aje and all you can say is niko Tu instead of actually saying how you are doing
